MD Celebrates 30 years at JTS
All the staff at James Townsend & Sons Ltd are celebrating Adrian Coles' 30 years of service with the company. Adrian started on 4th December 1978 as Works Manager, over time moving up to become Managing Director and then in 2002 buying the company in order to sustain it for the future.
Adrian joins a long line of current employees who have all done 30 years+ service, the average length of service at James Townsend is 17 years!
Adrian's influence over the 30 years has shaped the company into the successful business it is today, which prides itself on innovation as well as Quality & Service. As a thank you a commemorative pen was presented to him by his Son & Commercial Director Gareth Coles, together with a cake and get together for all staff on site.
