Our presses have the capability to print with conventional inks, UV inks, a hybrid ink system ( both UV as a base colour and conventional inks on top), finished with UV and conventional varnish through the inking rollers or the heavier water based or UV coatings applied at the end of press allow us to get the customers design onto the substrate today’s high speed filling lines require. The machines are fed by our pre-press department producing plates in under 10 minutes giving us the control required in today’s must have market.
Our finishing department compliments our Litho Capacity with the shift patterns and equipment ensuring your labels are delivered on time to the quality your hi-speed bottling lines expect. With investment in guillotining and ram punching less than 2 years ago we can meet the demands of today’s deadlines. Where some companies will turn away very demanding punch labels based on their shape we have invested in equipment that will give our customer the shape they require both in paper or plastic labels for wet glue and In-mould applications. Conscious of the environmental demands we also try and minimise any packaging we can and our Humidity control systems will ensure you get the labels to your line in the best possible condition.
